Returns + Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 3-day return & exchange policy under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Refunds: Customers can choose between a full refund (excluding shipping & taxes) or store credit for future purchases. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Exchanges: If you’d like a different size, color, or product, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale, discounted, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return?

2️⃣ Ship the Item – Send it back via Leopards Courier Services or Trax Courier Services.
3️⃣ Refund/Exchange Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your request within 3-7 business days.
